PATIENTS THSAT OVERCAME SERIOUS ILLNESS

Meet Bella! She's a  Cocker Spaniel, but when she was rescued it was hard to even tell what breed she was. She had lost much of her hair to Sarcoptic Mange and much of her body was covered in scabs. Not only did she look miserable, she felt miserable. She scratched continuously. Bella was treated for several weeks with a combination of antibiotics, Frontline spray, and Ivermectin. She  also was given weekly baths. Soon her hair started to grow back and the itching gradually subsided. All of a sudden she started wanting to play!  Now she's beautiful and has a thick curly red coat.

Wegian, Norwegian Elkhound

Wegian  had a rupture of the cruciate ligament. Surgery is usually indicated, but the staff at Whetstone Veterinary tried the less invasive procedure shown below, and she ended up fine.
